  1. Set a schedule for your ExeCheck.
    1. Set your ExeCheck date with the medical coordinators.
    2. The following items will be given/sent to you :
      1. Executive check-up preparations and procedures
      2. List of procedures
     
  2. On your appointment date.
    1. Please proceed to the information area of FriendlyCare Shaw Clinic. Our medical coordinator will be there to assist you.
      Please be at our clinic at 7:30 am.
    2. Upon completion of the ExeCheck, the Medical Coordinator will set with you the schedule of your return visit for the interpretation of the ExeCheck results.
     
  3. Occult Blood Preparation:
    1. No intake of red meat 3 days prior to check-up date.
    2. No chocolates, vitamin C, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS), and iron preparations two (2) days prior to check-up date.
     
  4. Preparation the night before the ExeCheck date.
    1. Eat your supper by 8pm.
    2. Nothing by mouth (NPO) after 12 mid-night. No food, no water, no chewing gum, no alcoholic drinks, and no smoking.
     
  5. Ultrasound Preparation:
    1. Take a light and fat-free meal the night before the examination.
    2. Take 2 Disflatyl chewable tablets after supper.
    3. Nothing by mouth after midnight. No smoking.
    4. Take 2 more Disflatyl chewable tablets with small amount of water one hour before your appointment time. Omit breakfast.
    5. The coordinator will assist you to the ultrasound section.
     
  6. Pap Smear Preparation:
    1. It should be done 1-2 days after your last day of menstruation.
    2. Don’t douche or have sexual intercourse 24 hours prior to the procedure.
