Fund Raising

FriendlyCare offers the best services at affordable prices to the paying market, however, no one can deny that the greatest need for family planning can be found among the indigent Filipinos. For this reason, some for the subsidy is needed to cover expenses given to indigents.

FriendlyCare’s Board of Trustees has set up a “Patient Support Fund” to ensure that low-income families will have access to FriendlyCare’s high quality family health care services. This fund will primarily subsidize family planning methods that will appropriately or limit the number of children in one family. The aim is to reduce maternal and infant mortality, and hopefully prevent abortion.

To date, the fundraising initiatives of FriendlyCare have generated donations from various institutions such as Ayala Corporation; Zuelling Pharma Corporation; Taiwan Government; and various individuals such as Congressman Sumulong of Antipolo City. Most of these funds were used to subsidize the family planning needs of our indigent clients.

To continue this valuable task of providing high quality and affordable family health care services, we need the financial support and partnership of institutions and individuals who have proactive disposition towards social issues as important as rapid population growth. A grant from these concerned institutions and individuals is an investment for the improvement of the plight of poor families. The result: a stronger community where every family is happy, healthy, and well-planned.
